Our goal is to give customers the opportunity to try the software and experience the product before deciding whether it is right for them. Refund requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund due to the ongoing costs associated with processing, server infrastructure, and other resources required to provide the service. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
