Liability & Warranties
- Autovisions provides powerful tools to bring your automotive visions to life
- While we strive to deliver the best experience, we're not liable for any loss of profits
- By using Autovisions, you acknowledge and accept these terms in the spirit they're intended
Subscription and Payments
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- We may adjust our prices from time to time, but we'll always give you 30 days notice first
- Refund Policy: We understand that circumstances change, so we've designed a fair refund policy based on your usage
- Monthly Plan: If you request a refund within 7 days of your monthly subscription and haven't used any of our premium services, you're eligible for a full refund
- Yearly Plan: You can cancel anytime from your account settings. We'll refund the prorated amount for the remaining months in your billing cycle
- AI Website Builder, Video Tour, and 360° View Services: These services incur costs to Autovision for hosting and processing, and therefore refunds do not apply. If you request a refund after using these services, we'll remove all your data (photos, videos, websites) from our database within 7 days of approval
- Car Wrap & Image Generator Services: For these services, we offer a partial refund based on your usage. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting the cost of resources consumed
- All refund requests must be submitted through your account settings or by contacting our support team
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
- Premium features are available exclusively to our active subscribers
Data Privacy and Security
- We handle your personal data with care, exactly as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- We use industry-standard security measures to keep your information safe
- Our team regularly conducts security audits and updates to stay ahead of threats
- Your data is encrypted both when it's traveling to us and when it's resting on our servers
- We carefully vet all third-party service providers to ensure they meet our security standards

- Autovisions is always evolving with new features and improvements
- As we grow and enhance our services, prices may change. Lock in your purchase now to secure the current rate and avoid future price increases.

- You always retain ownership of the content you upload to our platform
- We grant you a limited license to use our platform features to create and share your work
